Generate a structured, prioritized product roadmap from raw feature ideas and business goals using AI.
Steps
- Open ChatGPT (chat.openai.com) or Claude (claude.ai) and start a new chat.
- Copy the prompt template below into the chat.
- Replace each {variable} in curly braces with your real details — your product name, target users, current stage, top 3 business goals, and your list of feature ideas (even if messy).
- Press Enter and read the generated roadmap.
- If priorities feel off, reply with one short correction, e.g. 'Move {feature} to Now because it blocks onboarding' or 'Remove anything that doesn't support goal {goal}.'
- Copy the final roadmap into Notion, Google Docs, or Linear as your living roadmap.
- Share the link with your team and assign owners to each 'Now' item.
