Generate a set of objectives and key results for the next quarter. Align your team and measure progress weekly.

Steps

  1. Review last quarter performance: what worked, what did not work, key learnings.
  2. Define 3–5 strategic objectives for the next quarter (e.g., "grow ARR 100%", "improve onboarding").
  3. For each objective, define 2–3 key results (measurable outcomes).
  4. Use the AI prompt to draft OKRs for your team.
  5. Share with co-founders and key team members; get feedback and align.
  6. Break down into monthly milestones and individual tasks.
  7. Review OKRs weekly in all-hands meetings; update progress tracking weekly.
  8. At quarter end, score each OKR (0.0–1.0) and learn for next quarter.
