Steps

  1. Open your web browser and go to chat.openai.com (ChatGPT) or claude.ai (Claude). Sign up for a free account if you do not have one.
  2. Copy the prompt template below and paste it into the chat box at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Replace the words inside the curly brackets {like this} with your own real information. For example, replace {job_role} with 'project manager'.
  4. Press the arrow button or hit Enter on your keyboard to send your message.
  5. Read the AI's answer. If you want to change it, just type a simple request like 'Make the schedule start at 10 AM' and press send again.
  6. Copy the schedule and email draft from the AI, and paste them into your calendar and email app.
