Steps
- Open a free AI chat tool like ChatGPT (chat.openai.com) or Claude (claude.ai) in your web browser.
- Create a free account if you do not have one, then open a new chat.
- Look at the prompt template below. It has four parts: who the AI is, what you want, what to avoid, and how it should look.
- Copy the template and paste it into the chat box.
- Replace the words inside the curly brackets {like this} with your own real information. For example, change {topic} to 'time management'.
- Press Enter or click the send button to get your answer.
- Read the answer. If it is too long or not quite right, type a quick follow-up like 'Make it shorter' or 'Give me 3 examples instead' and press Enter.
- Copy the final result and use it for your work or learning.
