Refund Policy

1. What You Are Buying

Our paid products are digital downloads. There is no physical delivery and nothing is shipped to you. Payment is one-time and gives you lifetime access to the files you purchased, including any later corrections we publish to those same files.

2. The 7-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The window starts at the time of the successful payment.

The standard we hold ourselves to is simple: the product should give you real clarity and something practical you can act on. If it did not, that is a good enough reason. You do not have to prove that you read every page, and you do not have to show us your work.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] from the email address you used at checkout, with:

• the name of the product, and
• the payment reference from your receipt (or the approximate date and amount).

One email is enough. We will not ask you to fill in a form or complete a survey first.

4. How Long a Refund Takes

We aim to action eligible requests within 3 business days. Once we issue the refund, the money is returned through Razorpay to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually takes a further 5–7 business days to post it, and that part is outside our control.

Refunds are always made to the original payment method. We cannot redirect a refund to a different card, account or UPI ID.

5. When We May Decline

We may decline a refund request if:

• the request arrives more than 7 days after purchase;
• we can see the purchased files have been redistributed, resold or published by you; or
• the same person has repeatedly bought and refunded our products.

If we decline, we will tell you plainly why. Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable Indian consumer law.

6. Access After a Refund

When a refund is issued, your access link is revoked and your licence to use the files ends. Please delete any copies you downloaded.

7. No Earnings Guarantee

Our products are educational. Any figures, business models or revenue examples in them are illustrative scenarios, not predictions or promises. We do not guarantee income, customers, or any particular business result, and you should not treat the material as financial, legal or tax advice. Not earning money is a normal business outcome and is not, by itself, a defect in the product — though it is still within the 7-day window if you feel the product did not deliver the clarity it promised.

8. Pricing and Taxes

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Launch or promotional pricing may change at any time; the price you paid is the price that applies to your purchase, and a later price change is not grounds for a partial refund.
